How do I install the Avomark Loyalty app on my POS terminal?

Our app can be installed directly on your Android POS terminal via the official stores (Ingenico TEM or PAX MaxStore). Installation is handled by your terminal maintainer — feel free to contact them to check your hardware compatibility and learn about the practical steps involved.

What guarantees that my customers' contact details will only be used by me?

For over 35 years, customer loyalty has been at the core of what we do. We do not rent or sell contact lists.

As the owner of your data, and provided that your customers have given their informed consent, you are the only one who can use it. You can continuously monitor how your contact details are used and verify the quality of our services by inserting a few addresses of people you know (known only to you) into your files: you will receive the same messages as your customers and can verify our reliability at any time.

In all cases, Avomark complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Of course, customers retain the right to access, withdraw consent from, and modify their personal data upon simple request and/or via the MaCarte.Club Web Portal. They are free to opt out of the Loyalty Program at any time, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.

It's a digital wallet pre-loaded by the customer, usable exclusively at a specific brand. It makes it easy to pay in-store or online, while enjoying loyalty benefits.

The customer can load their wallet online via your e-commerce site, or in-store. They choose the amount to credit and can receive a bonus (e.g. €1 free for every €20 loaded).

The balance can only be used within the defined brand or store network, ensuring that all spending stays within your commercial circuit.

Yes, the wallet can be linked to a Loyalty Program offered by Avomark. Purchases made using the balance allow customers to earn points or rewards.
